Really appreciate the warm hospitality from the boss himself on CNY reunion day where he attended to me personally when his staff are all on leave. He even explained everything in detail and patiently to me so thank you Jonathan!

Quality of their designer furniture is truly visible throughout the store and is comparable to other high end furniture shops in more strategic locations.

Latest update: Ended up buying a bedframe & mattress from them and love the outcome.
Dealt with Annie throughout and she even customized the bed height for me as the original bedframe is slightly lower, excellent customer service!

I totally wasted my time because of wrong information given by them. They talked to me and sent me the photo of the furniture first(they are the one who approached first. Not me) by whats app which I showed interest the other day. And told me I could get a new ready stock product in a discounted price. I doulble checked it and they made it very clear that I could get a new one asap(even they fix an exact delievery date). So I took off all my schedule and spent 40 mins to visit their shop and.... it turned out all lie.... There is no such thing . No ready stock product. No good price. Even cannot see the face of the one who talked to me. I still cannot believe this happened. And cannot believe how much they don't care about the promise they offer to the customer or customer's time.

I am so disappointed with this shop. I bought a marble dining table from them, and i needed them to advice me about the marble since im moving out and need assistance. Since the marble need to be dismantle, it is not a simply just call movers, they have specialist for that. And THEY JUST DONT CARE WHAT HAPPENED NEXT.

Poor after sale service. They don’t care at all. I buy the marble table set Rm 12,500. Got defect. They don’t care. Remark on delivery order also no use. Bad experience. Be careful if buy things from this shop. 👎
